Государственное предприятие «Международный аэропорт «Борисполь» и турецкое Dogus/Alarko/YDA 26 сентября подписали контракт на строительство пассажирского терминала «D» на территории аэропорта.
«По предварительному контракту срок строительства должен был составить 29 месяцев, но в связи с подготовкой к Евро-2012 была достигнута договоренность о сокращении срока до 26 месяцев», – сообщил министр транспорта и связи Иосиф Винский на пресс-конференции после подписания контракта в пятницу.
Как сообщается в распространенном на пресс-конференции пресс-релизе Минтранссвязи, стоимость контракта на строительство терминала «D» составляет $377 млн.
Финансирование будет осуществляться частично за счет кредита Японского банка международного сотрудничества ($167 млн) и за счет собственных средств аэропорта «Борисполь» ($210 млн).
Проект предусматривает строительство пассажирского терминала, перрона для воздушных судов, автомобильных дорог , автомобильной эстакады, стоянок для автотранспорта, резервуара-накопителя дождевых стоков и других производственно-технологических объектов.
Новый пассажирский терминал с габаритными размерами 122 на 643,8 метров сможет вместить в себя 14 тыс. человек.
Перрон для воздушных судов даст возможность для парковки и обслуживания до 21 самолета разного класса, технологическая связь между новым терминалом и самолетами будет обеспечиваться с помощью 11 авиамостов. Для соединения магистральной рулежной дорожки с перроном предусмотрено три соединительные рулежные дорожки шириной 22,5 метра и радиусом округлений 60 метров. Для высадки пассажиров проектом предусмотрено строительство автомобильной эстакады, общая длина которой по оси составит 1,34 тыс. метров, а площадь – 18,23 тыс. кв. м.
Кроме того, проект предусматривает стоянку для 850 легковых автомобилей, а также стоянки для такси и туристических автобусов.
Как сообщалось, кредитное соглашение о предоставлении кредита в размере около $180 млн для реализации проекта реконструкции ГМА «Борисполь» сроком на 30 лет с 10-летним льготным периодом правительство Украины и JBIC подписали в 2005 году.
